Wilkes-Barre’s Great American Cleanup of Pennsylvania Postponed

The City of Wilkes-Barre’s Great American Cleanup of Pennsylvania is rescheduled from Saturday, May 7th to Saturday, May 14th, due to the heavy rain forecast.
Individuals and groups who have not yet registered and would like to participate in the cleanup are asked to complete the online application, linked on the city’s website: www.wilkes-barre.city/greatamericancleanup (direct link: https://forms.gle/iTESaEm8YrPzzrYt7).
Registered groups will be provided with adequate garbage bags, safety vests, and gloves.
Post-cleanup garbage pickup will be coordinated during registration.
