Wilkes-Barre Special Needs Playground Receives Donation from MotorWorld Toyota

Recently, Mayor George C. Brown joined members of the Wilkes-Barre Special Needs Playground Project Committee and The Luzerne Foundation to accept a donation of $2,000 from MotorWorld Toyota towards the Playground Project, in honor of Lizzie Breznay.
