The City of Wilkes-Barre is pleased to announce details of the Fortieth Annual Cherry Blossom Festival.

The Festival will take place on Saturday, April 22 and Sunday, April 23 from 11 AM to 7 PM each day at Kirby Park, Market Street, Wilkes-Barre. The Cherry Blossom Festival features food and craft vendors, amusement rides and games, and live entertainment.

In honor of Earth Day on Saturday, April 22, the Eastern Pennsylvania Coalition for Abandoned Mine Reclamation (EPCAMR) will host t-shirt tie dye activity.

On Sunday, April 23, the Giants Despair Hill Climb Association Race cars will showcase their vehicles all day.

Please Note: Pets are NOT permitted in Kirby Park during Special Events.
